Why We're Not Content Creators
I've said this before in a previous post but I feel like I've fleshed this newfound understanding a little bit more. (I feel like that doesn't happen as often as it should in the world today but that's neither here nor there.) I dunno if I'm alone in feeling this pressure but it feels as though your digital presence bears more weight than it should. The Swimming Pond
You know how much work it is digging a pond by hand? I thought I did. Not even finished but progress is progress. Eventually, this will be home to some catfish, turtles, a place for the fam to go for a quick, cool albeit cramped dip. This is 40 mins of non-negotiable digging a day over 2 weeks. In the NM summer sun. One man, by myself. Send help lol Signed, Proud Homesteader

Wasting Our Time
We were talking the morning after a long night (Buddha was ill) and he said something i didn't know I needed to hear. Missing him isn't the issue - it's allowing myself to do so, most of the time. Grateful that he reminds me.
